Welcome to the BISJHINTUS Internship Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the internship program operated by BISJHINTUS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying for or participating in this internship program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

 

1. Overview

 

1.1 Program Objective
The BISJHINTUS Internship Program (“Program”) aims to provide practical experience, industry insights, and professional development opportunities for participants (“Interns”).

1.2 Binding Agreement
These Terms, along with any related agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute a legally binding agreement between the Intern and BISJHINTUS PRIVATE LIMITED.

 

2. Eligibility

 

2.1 Age and Education
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and enrolled in or have recently completed a relevant educational program.

2.2 Background Checks
The Company reserves the right to conduct background and reference checks on applicants.

2.3 Legal Compliance
Interns must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Program.

 

3. Internship Roles and Responsibilities

 

3.1 Assigned Duties
Interns will perform duties as outlined in their internship agreements or as assigned by supervisors.

3.2 Reporting Structure
Interns will report to designated mentors or team leaders within the Company.

3.3 Professional Conduct
Interns are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

 

4. Compensation

 

4.1 Stipend
Interns may receive a stipend as specified in their offer letters.

4.2 Reimbursements
The Company may reimburse reasonable expenses incurred during the internship, subject to prior approval.

4.3 Tax Compliance
Interns are responsible for any tax obligations associated with payments received.

 

5. Confidentiality

 

5.1 Non-Disclosure
Interns agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information obtained during their internship.

5.2 Duration of Obligation
The confidentiality obligation extends beyond the conclusion of the internship.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

6.1 Ownership of Work Product
Any work created during the internship shall be the exclusive property of BISJHINTUS PRIVATE LIMITED.

6.2 Assignment of Rights
Interns assign all rights to intellectual property developed in connection with their duties to the Company.

 

7. Termination

 

7.1 By the Company
The Company may terminate the internship at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, misconduct or failure to perform assigned duties.

7.2 By the Intern
Interns may terminate their participation with a minimum of two weeks’ written notice.

7.3 Return of Company Property
Upon termination, Interns must return all Company property, including materials and devices.

 

8. Liability and Indemnity

 

8.1 Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

8.2 Indemnification
Interns agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or damages resulting from their actions during the internship.

 

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

9.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

9.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Mangalore, Karnataka.

 

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Interns and become effective upon posting.
